My story

A strategist who designs.

I started my career in education and eventually moved into technology, but I've always been interested in the same thing: figuring out what helps people do their best work.

Today, I'm a Senior Manager at ServiceNow, where I work on engineering learning strategy, AI enablement, and programs that help people adapt to changing technology.

My work has taken me well beyond traditional training. I've led enterprise learning programs, conducted workforce research, designed onboarding experiences, built interactive applications, and experimented with AI to improve how work gets done.

I enjoy the strategy, but I also love building things. If I have an idea, chances are I'll try to prototype it rather than spend weeks explaining what it might look like.

What I bring

Where strategy meets execution.

My work crosses disciplines that are often treated separately. I bring them together to solve problems that rarely fit neatly into one category.

  • 01Enterprise strategy and execution

I work with stakeholders to understand what's needed, make sense of competing priorities, and develop plans that can actually be put into practice.

  • 02AI enablement and innovation

I'm interested in what AI makes possible beyond generating content. I experiment with tools, automation, and interactive applications to find practical uses for the technology.

  • 03Research and evidence-based decisions

I use research, feedback, and data to challenge assumptions, understand what people need, and make better decisions about where to invest time and effort.

  • 04Experience and solution design

I design more than courses. My work includes learning experiences, knowledge tools, onboarding processes, and applications that help people find information and apply what they've learned.

Always learning. Always building.

Curiosity is part of the work.

I'm currently pursuing an EdD in Instructional Systems Design and Technology at Sam Houston State University.

Graduate school has given me another way to explore questions I'm already asking at work: How is AI changing professional roles? How do we know whether learning transfers to the job? And how can technology help us build better experiences without losing the human side of learning?

I like being able to take something I'm studying, test it in practice, and bring what I learn back into the classroom.

A little more about me

Beyond the résumé.

I created this nine-minute introduction during my first semester of graduate school. It's a little more personal than the rest of this portfolio—a chance to share where I've come from, what interests me, and some of the experiences that have shaped me.

How I lead matters as much as what I build.

I've learned a lot about leadership from the people I've worked with, the mistakes I've made, and the times things didn't go as planned.

I put those lessons into an interactive leadership manifesto during my doctoral studies. It's a candid look at what I believe, what I've learned, and what I'm still working on.

Let's build what's next.

I'm interested in opportunities where I can help organizations navigate change, develop new capabilities, and put emerging technology to work in practical ways.

If my work resonates with you, I'd welcome a conversation.
