AI Transformation & Experimentation
AI Workflow Innovation
Building Better Ways of Working
I experiment with AI as both a strategist and a builder—exploring how emerging tools can improve research, design, quality assurance, knowledge sharing, and the development of interactive experiences.
These selected projects demonstrate a practical approach to innovation: identify friction, build a working solution, evaluate its usefulness, and refine what works.
Selected innovations
01
Claude Skills Library
Developed · Adoption not measured
The opportunity: Repeated review, coaching, and decision-making activities benefit from consistent methods rather than starting from scratch each time.
What I built: A collection of 12 reusable Claude Skills supporting structured reviews, learning design, facilitation, and workflow guidance.
Why it matters: Demonstrates how AI-assisted expertise can be organized into reusable methods that support consistency and reduce repeated setup effort.

AI-Powered Course Quality Review
Working · Used in course review
The opportunity: Reviewing externally developed eLearning requires consistent standards, actionable feedback, and careful attention to accuracy and learner experience.
What I built: A reusable Claude Skill that supports structured reviews of Articulate Rise courses and generates specific, actionable feedback.
Why it matters: Demonstrates how AI can augment professional judgment and support a more repeatable quality assurance process.

AI-Enabled Learner Journey Design
Working artifacts · LMS delivery not established
The opportunity: Translating complex role requirements and learning pathways into clear, actionable learner experiences can require substantial manual design and iteration.
What I built: Reusable AI-assisted processes for generating and coaching the development of learner journeys, supported by interactive HTML and React artifacts.
Why it matters: Connects workflow design, AI assistance, and experience development to make learner pathways easier to visualize and refine.

Interactive Learning & Analytics Tools
Developed prototypes and interactive artifacts
The opportunity: Traditional documents and presentations aren't always the most effective ways to explore data, evaluate readiness, or engage learners.
What I built: A collection of interactive learning and analytics experiences, including Power User self-assessments, NPS exploration tools, and Rise storyboard prototypes, developed using a combination of Claude, Lovable, and web technologies.
Why it matters: Demonstrates my ability to move beyond static content and create working experiences that support exploration, decisions, and application.

Code-to-LMS Experimentation
In Development
The opportunity: Conventional eLearning authoring workflows can make rapid prototyping and stakeholder-driven iteration unnecessarily slow.
What I'm exploring: Using Claude Code and HTML-based development to create interactive learning experiences that can be delivered through existing LMS-compatible authoring and publishing workflows — including whether code-generated lessons can be embedded into Articulate Rise while preserving required completion tracking and delivery conventions. This is an experimental direction, not a validated or deployed approach.
Why it matters: Explores faster, more flexible ways to build and refine learning experiences without requiring organizations to abandon existing delivery systems.
